We always ship package out within 24 hours after payment received. When you have problem with item received or not receive the item after estimated time expired. Please do the following step.
1. Contact us by using eBay message to seller. Do not open the case yet to contact us. We always reply within 24 hours.
2. We will reply as fast as we can to give more information or solution. Mostly we will have good solution for the entire problem. Such as, Refund if not receive in 30 working days no question ask or resend them again.
3. After contact us and make communication with us and still not get good solution to your problem then you may need to open the eBay case item not receive or not as described. But mostly no need to open the case because you will get good solution after contacts us by message to seller.
4. Left appropriate feedback. Negative feedback is not solving the problem. Problem needs good communication to solve.
