Never got an e-mail when item was shipped. Item was returned and had to pay to have shipped again for item with free shipping. ebay software terrible. I put correct phone # on form when ordering, but ebay apparently did not give seller correct phone number. Kept calling # ebay gave and person answering phone said didn't order tires. Both seller and shipping company kept calling same number and never sent message until ready to ship tires back almost a month later.
