I cannot say enough good things about this seller. I had purchased this item as a Christmas gift, but there had been a miscommunication regarding it having been shipped out. When I communicated the problem to the seller, they set about making things right immediately. The item was shipped to me by two day delivery and arrived well before Christmas. I couldn’t be happier. The product was delayed due to the seller waiting on boxes. I simply wish they had communicated that it would be delayed before the day I was anticipating its delivery (Sept. 30). Once I asked, they responded as soon as possible and met the new deadline. So the shipping time wasn't ideal given the original date, but was fine once I knew it wasn't shipped until Oct 2. The product is what was advertised.

The Christina Perri sign photo and CD was exactly what I wanted and is already hanging in my house. It’s a great addition to my art collection in my house. It took almost two weeks for the seller to ship my order. When I contacted them, they explained that their retail store was responsible for the delay as someone had moved the item out of its original location. They should have hired someone to take care of their online store. Negative feedback says it's all true, but I couldn't stop it because they have a rare book that I wanted to get. I suggest avoiding this seller.

We do have a full staff of employees, but if a customer moves an item out of place and we have tens of thousands of comic books in our inventory, it can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Frankly, we were thrilled that we were able to locate it. Sometimes this happens with any brick and mortar/online store hybrid, despite our best organization practices, and we are always striving for perfection. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
