Do not purchase a pre order from this seller if you want to secure a limited run item. If you place a high value on pre ordering, this company does not view pre orders that way. You will get a refund but won't be notified of their mistake till the item was supposed to arrive and to late to order the item elsewhere. You may receive an offer for an item worth more, but the increase is nothing more than the discount you can get for signing up to their email list and an item not near as rare.

They said it was as out of stock and then still shipped something making you think they actually had an error and were sending it the you get a piece of paper in a package saying it was out of stock. Why send something in a package??? On top of that they asked if I possibly wanted something in exchange and told them yes and they ignored it.

The PC SD-35 I purchased arrived today. I have included pictures of the damage to the couplers on either end of the locomotive.
The pictures you displayed when for sale do not show this issue and it is not indicated in your description. This could not have occurred in route but only when placed in the box. The back coupler was snapped of the truck and the front one has the knuckle missing. Basically unusable.
I left three pictures, one on right is yours the other two, the damaged couplers.
