 Q: Do you offer free shipping?
  A: YES. Many of our orders ship for free within the domestic U.S. For international shipping prices, just scroll down below the item listing and click on "Shipping and Payments" tab to see additional shipping and import charges that might apply.
 Q: Do you offer personalized embroidery on your products?
  A: At this time we do not offer this option for any of our products.
 Q: Where are you located?
  A: Sparkles Make It Special is based near Sacramento, California.
 Q: Do your products contain actual rhinestones?
  A: All our products labeled as Premium contain real high-quality crystal rhinestones. We also offer value mesh products that do not contain rhinestones. Rather they are made from coated plastic indents that reflect the light very well, giving the appearance of rhinestones. Look for the words "premium" and "value" to tell the difference.
 Q: How long will my order take to arrive once its been shipped?
  A: On average, most of our orders arrive within 3-4 business days anywhere in the country.
 Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
  A: Yes, we offer certain products internationally. Just scroll down below the item listing and click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab to see if it is offered in your country. Additional shipping and import charges that might apply can be found here as well.
 Q: What method of shipping will you use for my order?
  A: All of our products are shipped with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
 Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
  A: In most cases yes. If we have an issue shipping to your address we will contact you to resolve it.

 Q: What does SS19 and SS16 mean in regards to your Premium Rhinestone Ribbon?
  A: "SS" stands for stones size. The number represents the size of the stone. The larger the number, the larger the stone size. Our SS19 stones are approximately 5mm, and our SS16 stones are approximately 4mm. **Please refer to our size chart for additional information:
 Q: Can I cut the Value Rhinestone Mesh?
  A: Yes, it can be cut with scissors without compromising the product.
 Q: Do your Napkin Rings stretch?
  A: No, they do not. If you are interested in a Napkin Ring that opens and closes, we recommend our Bow Covers. They are an almost identical product that many of our customers use for Napkin Rings, but can be opened and closed with the Velcro dots that are attached. Look for our bow cover category in our eBay store.
 Q: How much candy can I fit in your boxes and organza bags?

 Q: What is the longest connected length of Rhinestone Ribbon and Mesh Wrap that I can get?
  A: 10 yards is the longest for both.
 Q: What is the difference between your Sparkles Make It Special Lamp Shades and the David Tutera Lamp Shades?
  A: The David Tutera Lamp Shades contain the Lamp Shades only. Our Sparkles Make It Special Lamp Shades include 15 adhesive rhinestones for every lamp shade. Full kits including LED tea lights are also available. Look for our Vellum Lamp Shade category in our eBay store.
 Q: How well does the glitter hold on your Glitter Tulle?
  A: The glitter holds very well, and have not had any complaints! Our customers have given us great feedback for this product.
 Q: Will the color of one product line exactly match the color of another?
  A: We offer many of the same colors between product lines. However, that does not mean that they will be an exact match. We recommend referring to the pictures of the items for the best accuracy. We cannot guarantee that each color shade is identical between product lines.
 Q: How do you ensure glass won't break when you ship it?
  A: We wrap all of our glass products in a high quality bubble wrap and additional packing supplies when needed to ensure that your product arrives damage free.
