Fast shipping, it arrived in the mail quickly. Product was as advertised if not in better condition than what was posted. Was sold for an Extremely fair price. No problems connecting it to SIM card- it was advertised as unlocked. The packaging it was mailed in had me thinking "did it survived the delivery process with out getting a cracked screen." I would recommend this seller to other buyers. And I would buy again from this seller again.

Tablet is much better than I thought it would be. The advertised damage is very, very slight and with extra care tablet could last for years. The price was very reasonable, the shipping was super fast (1 day early), tablet was packed well in box, tablet performs better than expected. A very good purchase. The second line of my address was missing, my fault, or an issue with eBay, so USPS was forced to send my purchase back to the seller. Seller was extremely prompt in communication and the subsequent re-shipping of my item. Excellent customer service. Device is more-or-less equivalent condition as the listing; they over-reported one issue, meaning it wasn't as bad as they made it sound and their photos captured the issue at the worst-case, but I found one other, minor, cosmetic issue. I love my Note 20 phone ($112 incl. taxes/free shipping) delivered in 4 days! The friendly seller promptly responds to emails. Except for a glitch where I received an ATT unlocked phone instead of a T-Mobile (I was offered credit/free return), T-Mobile said it was fully compatible & a great phone. Despite the phone being sold "For Parts/Repair" depicting pics of minor scratches, the seller assured me the phone was fully operable & even included the stylus pen. I highly recommend this seller!

First I’ll give the positive, then the stuff that hurts sometimes, The truth! Pros, I’d say item was as described, communication was ok. Cons, paid almost $25 extra for shipping to get here on time, shipping speed was more then disappointing, tracked the shipping process and it got to the destination 3 days after due date, would like to blame the USPS but I feel like the seller was the first one to blame, beings I made it clear in my message that the item is time sensitive still no extra effort.
