Item was exactly as described. Price was great. No complaints at all about this seller. The shipping company was not efficient at all. My package was mis delivered to the complete opposite end of the country. Package could have been here at least a day earlier if DHL wouldn’t have messed up. Not the first time this has happened either

I wish I had received the box as displayed at the photo showed by the seller. Am I sick? no, I am not because that was a criterion point when I decided by this sellet,not by the others. I also would like to have the seller giving a heads up on its ad that the shocks part come without any Monroe sticker brand or even carved on the part directly from the factory. Still positive since it came brand new, installed and working perfectly. Fast shipping and good communication responding my question.

Great value portrayed, but what was shipped to me was not the same as the picture! So, poorly described. Multiple prices on the same item. Not uncommon amongst eBay sellers. This same part, with incorrect picture, is at 3-4 different prices. Packaging was okay. Promptly shipped, timely received. Upon receipt learned of deception. Complained. Told I can spend 30 minutes to an hour to get a whopping $10 refund. Just not worth the time to return. Seems the vendor knows that since no response...
