 | A: Our store items are priced close to wholesale. To maintain these low prices our shipping and handling charge must cover the full cost of the labor, packing materials, insurance and other processing costs (in addition to postage) for each order we ship. We offer a significant shipping discount for multiple item orders (see above for details). |

 | A: For U.S. orders, beginning with the 4th item you order we offer an additional shipping and handling discount...only 95 cents for each additional item to ship by U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. To get this discount, just contact us to tell us you are ready to check out, and we will send you an updated invoice showing the discounted shipping charge. |

 | A: We usually ship your order within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) from when we receive your payment. Orders paid by personal check are usually shipped within 7 business days from when we receive your check. We send a confirmation email to notify you as soon as your order is shipped. |

 | A: If you make an instant payment with Paypal and do not receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) you may want to contact us to see if there is a problem. Some payment types (eCheck, etc) may take a few days to clear. |
