ANSWERS

Do you combine shipping & handling?
Yes we do. Many of our items already have free s/h. The rest have very low s/h price compared to other sellers. For items won within a 7 day period, the item with the highest s/h price will be charged and the s/h for each additional item will be discounted 1 dollar off (except items with free s/h). This is automatically applied when you checkout through eBay. For international buyers the discounts may be higher, contact us for s/h quotes or request a combined invoice. Items may not include the retail box to keep costs down.

How long do you take to ship your items?
We take 1 business day shipment of items in stock after payment is received/cleared and as quick as same business day. Average sellers take 7 days to ship. Items aren't usually shipped on weekends/holidays. Do not expect international shipments to be as quick as domestic, frankly because of customs and the fact that travel time to other countries is longer.

What shipping service do you use?
Our carrier is USPS, unless specified otherwise. Items are shipped either First Class or Priority, depending on the item. We NEVER USE PARCEL POST because it is too slow and unreliable. Although all of our items are brand new, dust and dirt may accumulate during transit. So it is suggested to prewash clothing before initial wearing, no matter where it is purchased from.

What is your return policy?
Return policies are stated in each listing and may vary from item to item due to its specific nature. All of our items are brand new unless specified otherwise. Returns must be authorized by us before sending your item back. Please refer to each individual listing for their specific terms.

Why do I have to pay for return shipping for refund/exchange?
Very few sellers of this type of clothing honor returns/exchanges. We accept returns/exchanges no matter what the reason is, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Just as long as it falls within the timeframe and the condition of the item satisfies the requirements indicated in each specific listing. In order to allow returns/exchanges we must require buyers to provide their own return shipping. Virtually every online retailer shares this policy, including eBay/Paypal.

Why does my s/h not get refunded when I return an item or I get charged extra s/h when I exchange?
The s/h paid is for the service of speedy, efficient, & careful handling and shipment. Our turnaround is one of the fastest on ebay! Once an item is shipped & successfully arrived, that service has been completed. Therefore the service cannot be refunded or applied as credit to anything else. USPS' policy is exactly the same, we do not refunded by them so we cannot pass it along to the buyer. Unfortunately only USPS benefits from returns. Thanks for understanding.

How do I determine what size to choose?
Please refer to our "How to Determine Your Size" page to choose the ideal size for you. Please be careful & choose your correct size according to size chart measurements.

Can you cancel/retract my bid?
Bid retraction/cancellation requests cannot always be honored because your request might not be received in time. It's very simple to do it on your own through one click from the eBay help page.

I asked you a question, how come I didn't receive a response?
Generally we try to answer your questions within 1 business day. Issues that require more thought may take longer in order to give you the best complete answer. Answers may be accidentally filtered into your email's spam, bulk, or junk folders, so please check there. The best way to contact us is through eBay's messaging system. We may not answer emails on weekends or holidays.

I bought the wrong size/color, can you fix this?
We can only help if your item has not been shipped or processed yet, so please contact us immediately. If it is received in time, we will look at each request on a case by case basis.

Do you do discrete shipping?
Yes. Your item packaging will have no indication of the contents (except for customs forms for international). The sender will be labeled as bigdeals.etc.

Can you ship my item to a different location from my eBay/Paypal address?
All requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Each request will delay the processing of your item.

I need my item really fast, can you upgrade to overnight shipping?
As mentioned we average next business day shipment of our items. This already results in much faster arrivals than many other sellers. For listings that do not offer expedited or overnight shipping, it is too difficult or not practical to the cost of the item. We suggest you pay for the item immediately so we can send it right away rather than waste days emailing, persuading and coordinating the upgrade thus ultimately resulting in the same arrival date as the non-upgrade. You can tell us your requested arrival date and we can do our best to accommodate, no guarantees unless specified.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge 9% sales tax to our California customers.

How do you figure you s/h price?
Shipping & handling is determined by a number of factors. Our cost to the carriers as well as processing, packaging and speedy delivery costs are considered. Frequently we lose money on s/h, but we keep our shipping & handling prices low because we believe buyers shouldn't have to pay alot for shipping. International prices are higher obviously because the postal service charges much more for them.
