Very pleased, when it finally shipped it only took a day or two to arrive. But don’t count on it going out the same day it is ordered. Refurbished machine was in good condition, minor cosmetic blemishes on the mixing bowl but the mixer itself looked brand new. Arrived with cracker mixer, contacted Kitchenaid with SN of unit and they have sent a new one that should arrive in 7-10 business days. Considering the discounted price, worth the minor headache of requesting new mixer.

Unable to communicate but found Kitchen Aid customer service number and called as to when shipment would occur. They found my order. Very beautiful mixer for very reasonable price. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonable price, but expect slower shipment.
