  • Q: What if my item does not work (software or hardware) A. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you get up and running as soon as possible.
  • Q: Where can I find your full return policy? A: Our full return policy can be found here:
  • Q: What if I want to return for a refund? A: All returns for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee (including defective items, damaged items, and DOA items). Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit, but any return for refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Software once opened (factory seal broken) can not be returned for refund. Downloadable Software items are not returnable or refundable.
  • Q: How do I ship back my Return/Exchange? A: The customer can choose any transportation method (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to return goods for refund or exchange (including defective items). Scitscat Music suggests using a shipping service with tracking capabilities and delivery confirmation.
  • Q: Is there a warranty on my item? A: All new and open box items carry a full manufacturers warranty valid in the USA. B-stock and refurbished items may have a shorter warranty period. Warranties are only valid in the United States of America.
  • Q: What if my item is defective? A: Customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. If the item is DOA, we’ll help you return the item and swap for same item in working condition. Remember, you will have full warranty from manufacturer, and we’ll be happy to help you receive your warranty.
  • Q: Can you ship to an alternate address? A: Yes we can ship to an alternate address (work address etc.). You will need to add a secondary address to your paypal account, which is easy to do. Once you have that address confirmed, no problem.
  • Q: Shipment Tracking Number? A: Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as fast as we can do so, generally faster than expected.
  • Q: What is B-Stock / Open Box / Demo? A: May have cosmetic blemishes or the box has been damaged. The units are fully functional and come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us about B-Stock or Demo items. A Great way to save $ on the gear you want.
  • Q: Does Scitscat have Financing/Credit card? A: Yes, we have the Scitscat Music Credit card though Synchrony Bank. Feel free to call the store to help you fill it out and find out about 0% interest options. 305-595-3002
  • Q: Can I get a lower price? A: If a "Make Offer" appears in the listing under "Buy It Now" please feel free to submit an offer and a sales associate will get back to you with our lowest price. If the item does not have a Make Offer, please contact us and we'll see if it's possible.
  • Q: Will you accept a lower offer outside eBay? A: For order accuracy and for the protection of your personal information, we do not take orders or payments by phone or email. Please place your order through eBay. Feel free to make a lower offer using the "Make Offer" feature on the items where it is available.
