This unit is faulty, and produces a technical error within minutes of powering up. I cleared the unit with a hard reset, but the unit doesn't work.l, shuts down within 3 mins of operation. The unit was described as to be in working condition, and not for parts. For 1000.00, I would expect the unit to at least work satisfactorily. R/Dr. Haig

The buyer is wrong is feedback, the unit was professionally packed, and tested by bio-med before I ship, buyer claims was damaged and that the box arrived damaged without sending me any proof, even so, I disagree with him, 100%, I agree to take it back and refund his payment, this is our first and only negative feedback in years, and I won't damage my reputation for no one, so we will refund him
