Can’t blame the seller . but they chose to use usps . USPS did not deliver my item and had the nerve to say I rejected it . so I can’t say it arrived on time , I can’t say the item is as described . As for right now I can’t say shipping costs were agreeable because since I did not get the item it may cost double to have it shipped again . again this is no fault of the seller but of the United States postal service whom I did file a complaint .
