Return Policy

In the case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Retro2Heritage will accept items that are in a new, unworn, and unaltered condition for a return.

I. Return Requirements

At Retro2Heritage, we strive to provide you with quality products and experiences. In the case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your item and we will gladly work with you to improve your experience with us. To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must:

    • Have an opened eBay Return Request and sent within thirty (30) days from the receipt of original order
    • Be in a new condition (unwashed, unused, unworn)
    • Include all tags, cards, boxes and/or accessories that came with the product
    • Be securely packaged to ensure safe shipping

All returns require an opened eBay Return Request to be eligible for return and refund.

Please Note: Partial or no refunds will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition and may be shipped back to the sender.

II. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest insuring and tracking your package as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

III. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

IV. Return Exemptions

All purchases marked as clearance are final sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

V. Refunds

Accepted returns will be refunded to the buyer through the original payment method. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within fourteen (14) days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Items that fail to meet our Return Requirments (e.g. worn, washed, damaged) may only be eligible for partial refunds.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or a different size, we suggest you return your unwanted item and place a new, separate order.
