worst purchase experience ever with ebay , first item was advertised as NEW ( unpacked ) upon receipt the box has been already open , second the item ( monitor screen ) was damaged with burn in in the bottom right corner of the screen , not sastisfied at all, stay away form this seller

We apologized for any error we have made and offered a full refund and a return shipping label to return the monitor to us, but customer refuses to ship item back. Customer wants a refund for the item and deal with it. We want the item back and offered full refund incl. both shipping charges. We try not to make mistakes in our listings, and if we do we stand 100% behind our product. We are willing to take it back and refund. Waiting for customer to be willing to return item.
