Have no idea what went wrong with this seller. I had purchased from this seller in the past and received a good product on time, but this time - seller didn't provide notification of shipping, and I never received anything - seller was non-responsive to messages and I had to have eBay step in to refund me. Very disappointed!

These reeds looked like a good deal so I ordered 20. The quality seems ok, but when the order arrived I only received 10. I contacted the seller twice by email with no response. It's been a week, and I still haven't heard from them at all. In my mind this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Choose a different seller!!
