RedTagTown 30 Day Return Policy

The customer may return products purchased from Redtagtown within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees may not be covered depending on the situation, and restocking fees may apply if the item was not delivered properly.

Restock fees or Disposal fees will apply in the following scenarios:
25% Restock Fee
In order to restock the items back on the shelf, the item should be in its original packaging. There are two scenarios below:

Item arrived in new and unused condition. The customer did not properly repackage the item in its original package and requires repackaging by Redtagtown
Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the original packaging has been damaged and required new packaging to be used to repackage the item.  In order to help prevent damage to the original packaging, please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to

50% Disposal Fee

We may dispose of the item if we feel that it is not sellable anymore after inspection. If the item is in new and unused condition, but it arrived damaged due to the customer’s packaging, we will incur a 50% disposal fee.

Shipping Issues:

Damaged items may occur during transit. If your item happens to be damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we may be able to send a replacement. If the item is unavailable, we will provide a full refund. There is no need to send damaged items back to us.

If you received an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact our Customer Service department for help. If your order was simply misplaced, you can ship it back to us (we do not cover shipping fee) and we will send a full refund of the original purchase amount,

Condition Related Returns:

We take great detail into consideration when describing our items’ condition. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of purchase), and we'll do our very best to find you a solution. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original payment amount.
In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped. If the item was purchased in NEW condition, and then return used, it may receive a reduced refund. The value of the refund will be determined by the level of use after inspection. We will notify the customer of the refund value after receiving and inspecting the package.

Defective Item:

     Please contact us within the first 30 days of your order if the item you received is defective. We are able to send a replacement and the customer does not need to pay for the replacement, and in most cases, do not need to ship the item back.

     Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

Item(s) that are non-returnable:

~ Items with Software/CD

~ Used screen protector (we will gladly provide replacement if the item is received damaged)

~ All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. These are hygienic specific item, and the manufacturers no longer restock them due to hygienic issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.

Replacement:

Replacements are sent out usually 1-3 days of the resolution. Replacements will be sent out with standard shipping. Please be patient and allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Refund:

Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package or resolution.

We will reply and provide RMA # to you. Please allow 24-36 hours to expect the reply. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail/spam mail folder.

STEP 2: Send back the return:

Contact customer service and we will provide you the return address.

Package your return item and include the order number somewhere in the parcel.

Ship it to the address provided and allow us time to receive and inspect it.
