Seller totally misrepresented product. Basically lied about what the product was. Advertised a “Heavy Duty Soft Padded” guitar case and sent a cheap plastic bag with NO padding and a zipper. When confronted with my dissatisfaction they delayed my return with insulting discounts. They basically refused to send me a “return” label. They ultimately threatened me with a long delay if I managed to return the item or no refund at all if was “lost in shipping”. These people are unscrupulous.

I purchased three (3) ceiling fan pull chains w/fan blades/light bulb on the ends. Upon receipt, I opened the package & discovered I only rec'd two versus the three I paid for. Seller contacted, who inexplicably asked me to take pics, provide tracking #, & SKUs. Go figure. I reasonably requested to send one additional chain to resolve issue. Seller very uncooperative, unprofessional, untrustworthy. Seller has no clue what sent b/c they're drop-shipping. Poor customer service. Buyers beware!!!

I returned the items received and took pictures. This seller falsified what actually happened and deducted monies from me. This seller is poor for Ebay, a scammer, and just plain bad. Seller is drop-shipping, so doesn't know what is being shipped. When a problem occurs, it falls on the buyer. Buyers, read the reviews before buying from this seller. The accounts of what happened are true. Run, don't walk away from this seller.

the package arrived in a plastic bag, crushed. The hands do not fit the clock mechanism, told the seller & all he wanted was a picture. If the hands do not fit, I cannot take a picture of them. I asked for a replacement or refund & did not hear back from him. He is POOR seller, do not buy from him!

Great description, price, and discount on multiples. Disappointed in the shipment packaging, and low quality (blurry pixelated) instructions. The poly bags were very thin (think plastic grocery bag) and ripped in shipment. The plastic retail cases were dented and crushed. See photos.
