Yes I contacted the seller and was given a refund. The seller is not at fault - it’s the retailer who contracts the seller to sell the product. Listed as 10pk and you get 1 only and will not fill order as listed. I can purchase 1 only from any Ski Doo dealer for $2.50 each not $12.00 with tax. The retailer has at least 50 postings with at least 3-5 different sellers and all 50 adds say 10 count for the buttons which is how many it takes to rebuild a snowmobile clutch. 10 is how there sold by Ski
