Charge for shipping is exactly what Fed-Ex charges and UPS charges,I make no money on shipping.Buyer was unwilling to pay actual shipping fee and he was the one who cancelled the order,disgruntled ebay member figured he would badmouth seller,members like this should be banned from ebay.I've been a seller of fine art on ebay for 14 years and have had over 400 transactions,I guess windarts2011 had to express his frustration in some way.Windarts2011 bought and cancelled this painting twice
