Q. DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SERVICES?
A. YES! We offer a wide array of services from same day critical to our standard ground services.

Q. CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
A. We ship to almost every country in the world. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We will need you to provide us with your country and postcode.

Q. WHY DO SOME OF YOUR SHIPPING COSTS SEEM SO HIGH?
A. We aim to keep the prices of our items as low as possible and one of the ways we do this is by not including any of the shipping costs in our prices. We factor in weight, size, packaging, and insurance when determining our shipping prices.

Q. I HAVE MY OWN FedEx/UPS/DHL ACCOUNT, CAN I SHIP USING THAT?
A. ABSOLUTELY! Simply let us know and provide us with your account number. If you checked out and paid for shipping we will refund the shipping costs once the shipping label is made.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
A. Ordinarily, one business day. Most orders placed prior to 10:00 AM will be shipped same day. We can ship same day after 10:00 AM if needed, there is a rush fee for this service. Please call us if you need something rushed out!

Q. WHAT WILL BE THE TRANSIT TIME FOR MY ORDER?

Q. WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER AND FOR HOW LONG?
A. Our warranty covers all functionality of the unit for six months. What our warranty does not cover is misuse of an item or damage caused by shipping. We do have separate shipping insurance (already included in the shipping cost in most cases) for items damaged in transit.

Q. DO YOU OFFER A LONGER WARRANTY?
A. YES! You can purchase our extended warranty of an additional six months. Please contact us if you are interested.
