In order to ensure and provide highest quality parts, Protier has teamed up with leading manufacturers of the automotive parts industry. Protier is currently involved with manufacturing plants of Motor and Transmission mounts, Air Springs, Strut plates for coil EZ struts of the Automotive. The manufacturing plants have been producing parts since 1962 and are currently located worldwide. The companies, we have teamed up with, have plants that are ISO 9001, TS 16949 and are TSV and SGS certified.

Protier offers a huge variety of auto parts, which include: motor mounts, center supports, transmission mounts, strut mounts, drive shafts, and torque strut mounts. We at Protier, are very proud to bring to new our new line of; Air Spring, Dryers, Compressors, and Coil conversion kits for SUV'S, Cars, and Pickup Trucks.

Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?
Paypal is our preferred method of payment for all orders. If for some reason Paypal isn't viable for your payment, please contact us. Payment methods other than Paypal may delay shipment of your order.

Do you ship international?

.  If you are an international customer or live in one of the regions above, please provide us with your detailed address, in order to get an adequate shipping quote. Order's which are placed before 2p.m., EST, will be shipped the same day.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via FEDEX or USPS. All of our items ship under our own FEDEX account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, FEDEX usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are an Maryland company, we are required by state law to charge 6.0% sales tax when shipping to Maryland addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon appointment with us.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
