Had a small hiccup bc they found an issue with the bindings when they went to mount them on the skis. They called me and offered to mount a different (upgraded) binding for no additional charge. Awesome! Only bummer was that this pushed the shipping date into the following week, so no new skis for the weekend. Bummer. But the gear is as advertised, the communication (and upgrade) were great and the shipping was super fast once it happened. Would definitely buy from Proskiguy again.
