Balls were new - But Picture of balls and what I received were different year. Sent messages and they seemed to not understand that packaging changes / Yr 2022 boxes are different than 2023 2024 . That’s how you tell what year the ball was packaged. Picture showed 2023 packaging and I received 2022 balls. But I paid for 2023 balls. 2022 balls are cheaper. They finally said to return balls. Not worth the trouble - but I do think they never understood my concern. So Neutral Rating.
