Actually my experience was NOT Positive. Either this seller or effen ebay grays out Neutral or Negative experiences. This item arrived with conditioner all over the inside of the plastic wrapper. The shipper did not pack this properly and I'm inclined to believe it wasn't new as advertised, where the pump was previously in the up position, thereby resulting in conditioner in the plastic wrap when it was pressed down. These pumps have a lock-down position and are in that position when they're new
