By purchasing an item from us, you are obligated to
the following terms and conditions:
Payment is expected at the point of sale. USA
buyers only!
Defective Merchandise:
In the rare case that that any item arrives as
“DOA” (Dead on Arrival) then you must report it to us immediately. We
will gladly exchange any defective products if contacted within 14 days
of the delivery date. Please make sure to get a return authorization
from us. After 14 days, all exchanges/repairs must go through the
manufacturer.
Damaged Merchandise:
In the event that your merchandise arrives to you
in physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please call our
Toll Free Number 1 (866) 612-1645, you must make the claim
for damage within 14 days of delivery.
After this allotted time, we cannot accept
responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier on
your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected.
Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping package. Upon
receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of
the same model (if available in stock) will be shipped to you.
Feedback and DSRs are important to us, we strive
for 5 star service, please contact us immediately if you feel you have
not received 5 star service. Please give us the opportunity to resolve
any issues and allow us to provide you with great service.
Our CS department team is highly trained to handle
and resolve any issue/s you have with your item/purchase.
Since we are maintaining a huge volume of inventory
and order processing, we have dedicated an entire department with a
team of professional representatives whom should be able to assist our
customers at anytime for anything they need, over the phone or via
email.
