Items were never proven to be shipped and certainly not received. Because I missed a deadline I’m not covered by eBay for a refund. This seller has made no effort to reply to multiple efforts of contact. Even voicemail. I’m out over a $1000. This is absurd. I suggest no one do business with this merchant and eBay should consider dropping their account.

Capt Joe, first and foremost I am very sorry about what happened. I have not done anything on the ebay platform since that transaction occurred and I did not receive a single notification from ebay regarding the purchase or any dispute- ZERO! The funds did hit my bank but I still had no idea it was from an ebay transaction. I just became aware of this last week and contacted ebay to get more info.
