|Do you need to return an item? Not a problem! Please message me of an issue as soon as possible. To do so, please follow these steps:|
1. Go to your Purchase History in eBay and find the item
2. On the far right, in the More Actions selection, choose CONTACT SELLER
3. Select the last option, "Other" to send me a direct message
I usually respond within a few hours, but give me about 24 hours just to be sure. I will gladly accept returns and issue a refund upon receipt of the item. The item must be in the same condition as it was when I shipped it
out (new items should still be new in package or with tags).
I believe buyers should accept some responsibility for returning the item. Therefore, buyers pay for return shipping. In addition, I will not reimburse my original shipping and handling charge as I followed through on shipping the item. The shipping and handling fee covers not just the actual shipping charge, but any eBay and Paypal fees, not to mention my time to gather, package and deliver it to the post office. As a single mother of 2 active children who works full-time outside the the home as a computer programmer and only maintains an eBay Power Seller status in my "spare time", my time is valuable.
Currently, a restocking fee will not be charged.
