Payment

  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders nor cash.
  • Can I combine items to reduce shipping charges? YES, but you must wait until you have won all the items before beginning the checking out process. Once you check out, you cannot combine additional items.

    Please note that we sell on eBay's sites in other countries (ebay.com, ebay.ca, ebay.co.au, etc.) and unfortunately, eBay does not give us the ability to combine items across these accounts. Please make sure all items purchased are from the same eBay site if you would like to receive combined shipping. There is one shipping rate for the first item, and a discounted rate for each additional item. Please refer to each item page for the specific amounts.
  • How much time do I have to pay for an item? Payment for items won at auction, must be made within 10 days of winning the first item.

Shipping

  • How much is shipping? Shipping costs can vary from item to item. Each item page indicates the shipping rate for the first item, as well as a discounted shipping price for each additional item.
  • How do I change my shipping address AFTER I have already paid for an item? Unfortunately, once the checkout is complete, we do not have the ability to change your shipping address.
  • Where do you ship to? Please refer to the shipping info on the specific item page.
  • How long will it take to get my order? Handling Time: All orders ship out the day after payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

    We will send you an email when your order ships and include a tracking number (if available).

Returns

  • Can I exchange an item? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges because all of our merchandise is live on the site, however, we do offer refunds for returned items.
  • How do I return an item I do not want or doesn’t fit? We will gladly accept a returned item, if it is in the same condition as when it was sent, including any tags or labels. Please contact us before sending an item back. Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation.
  • How do I return an item that is defective? Everything we sell is covered by our 30-day guarantee. We will replace any defective item (if in stock) or will issue a FULL refund including shipping (if not in stock). You MUST contact us before returning any item.
  • How and when will I get my refund? Refunds are issued by the same method in which the original payment was made. The refund will be issued within 7 days from when we receive the returned item.

Other Questions?

  • Can you measure an article of clothing for me? Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive to do this, AND the large number of items we have for sale, we cannot cost-effectively provide any additional measurements. Please check the designer’s website for this information. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will respond to ALL inquires by the close of the following business day. Please note that our customer service staff does not work on the weekends, so if you send us a message on a Friday, you will likely not hear back until Monday.
