STORE RETURN POLICY
Dear customers, note that all returns must be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). To obtain an RMA#, please contact our Customer Service. Returns WITHOUT an RMA# will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Make sure to include a copy of the original receipt inside the package and clearly indicate the following on it:
- Mark products you're returning
- Indicate reason for return
Important: Do not write RMA# on original product packaging.
1. If you ordered wrong products.
If you ordered some products by mistake or they are no longer needed, they can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. No restocking fees will apply.
PexTubingStore.com will credit the amount paid for the item(s) less shipping charges paid on your order. If your order included free shipping, we will also withhold the amount paid to ship the order to you.
All factory sealed products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and uncut, with all original contents and literature.
Buyer is responsible for any shipment charges associated with a return. We highly advise that you obtain a delivery confirmation at the time of shipment to assure safe arrival of package to our warehouse. We also recommend you obtain insurance for fragile items.
Upon receipt of the package, PexTubingStore.com will process the refund within 2-4 business days. If you wish to expedite the process, feel free to contact our Customer Service.

2. If you received a damaged product.
All packages must be visually inspected for damage to contents and all claims of damaged products must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
You must notify us by phone or via eBay message about the damage. We will issue an RMA# for the package and provide further instructions for the return.
PexTubingStore.com will pay the shipping charges associated with returning the products to our warehouse as well as for sending a replacement product back to you.
Upon receipt of the package, we will send a new product back to you at no additional charge.
Important: PexTubingStore will provide pre-paid return label(s) for the shipment. Do not send the packages back at your own expense unless agreed upon with Customer Service. If you choose to send the packages back at your own expense, PexTubingStore will not credit back the shipping charges.
3. If any of the products you ordered are missing.
NOTE: this section covers only products that are missing from a package (i.e. master box). For individual lost or missing packages, see "If the package is missing" part of this page.
PexTubingStore.com takes special care when sending out your order. All orders are checked twice for accuracy and contents and it is an extremely rare occasion when any of the products are missing.
However, if any of the items you purchased are missing from the package, you must report this to us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
We will process your claim and send out the missing items within 1-2 business days.
Please have your Order# (eBay Sales Record#) ready when reporting a missing product.
4. If the package is missing.
Tracking information for your order is sent to you automatically when the package leaves our premises. It allows you to follow-up on the package and estimate the date of delivery.
If you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time, contact us to resolve the issue. We will try, to best of our ability, to find the package as soon as possible by contacting and investigating with the carrier.
However, if the package cannot be located within timeframe estimated by carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Note, that PexTubingStore.com takes no responsibility if the shipping information you indicated is incorrect. It is your duty as a Buyer to assure that the shipping address is valid and can accept packages from the carriers we use (USPS and FedEx). If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will withhold the shipping charges (including for orders with free shipping) and will apply a restocking fee of 15% for handling the return without RMA#.
5. If the product is defective.
PexTubingStore.com sells only brand new products, honors manufacturer's warranties and will always work on resolving such issues with our customers.
If the product you ordered from us is found to be defective, contact us with your Order# (eBay Sales Record#) and we will work with you on providing a replacement.
Please make sure to keep a copy of the Sales Receipt for your records.
