We ship all product within eBay's estimated delivery guidelines shown in the eBay listing. Those guidelines are based on our handling time and the estimated shipping time provided by FedEx. FedEx's shipping estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen weather events.
Tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay at the end of our business day. Once uploaded you will receive an email from eBay with all tracking information. Please note that you may receive multiple tracking numbers and that the number of tracking numbers may not correspond to the amount of tires or wheels you ordered,
Orders over $750 in total value are shipped with signature required at the time of delivery. This requirement is mandated by eBay as part of their Buyer and Seller protection plans.
Damages During Shipping
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery! We will need to contact FedEx customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. Fedex will not accept any claims for damage after 48 hours. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this Fedex policy. It is extremely important to save all packaging material for FedEx inspection. FedEx will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Performance Plus Tire.
Again, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-hours of delivery to report the damage so we can work with FedEx and begin working on a reshipment.
