Exchange / Return Policies
Our goal is ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return to us within 30 days of receipt of product(s) for refund on buyer’s expense.
Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee except defective item.. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer may return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out. Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email /phone to get RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Buyers must pay their return shipping charges. We will not process a return order without this required info (RMA number).
Case 1) Canada Customer: if a customer refuses delivery due to taxes, duties, all original shipping cost and return shipping cost, border processing fee, and re-stocking fee will be deducted
Case 2) Domestic Customer: original out-bound shipping cost, return shipping cost, re-stocking fee will be deducted.
When the item has been returned back to us due to incorrect/invalid address or refused by customer, it will be considered as same as returned by customer. Customer will get refund less 20% restocking fee and round trip shipping cost.
