Top Seller, professional and kind. Seller has done everything possible to resolve a shipping debacle including an offer for a complete refund. Through no fault of his own the item appears to be lost in transit. We are giving it a bit more time, but it doesn’t look good at this stage. Seller is a good communicator and prompt in his responses. I am confident that if I don’t get the parcel soon he will refund me. Fair and honest trader.
