There are times the manufacturer mislabels the part which we can't avoid. I wish my team can check all the parts being shipped out however
we ship out more than 500 parts a day and time to have all the parts ready is really important to avoid delays. We have been communicating to the customer and offered a replacement however he rather just leave us a bad review instead of resolving the issue.
