Paintball Wizard Return Policies

New Items-  These items will be stated as new in the auction.  New items are able to be returned minus a 20% restock fee if the following conditions are met.  The item must be in 100% new condition and never used.  The item must have all original packaging, this includes box, any contents the manufacturer sends, tags, hangers, instructions etc...  If a gun is gassed up it is not considered new and cannot be returned.

Shipping fees will not be refunded on returns.

If we have sent you a incorrect item please contact us and let us fix it.  Our shipping is over 99.9% accurate.  If we make a mistake in shipping we will cover ship charges to correct it.

Defective Merchandise- Any NEW defective item must go through the manufacturer.  All NEW items have a manufacturers warranty.  We do not exchange or refund for defective merchandise.  All manufacturers we deal with are very good with warranties and exchanges.  If you need a phone number to contact a particular manufacturer please contact us.

Used Items- These items will be stated as used in the auction.  We do not accept returns on any used items.  If there is a problem we will work with you to solve it.  We describe the used items the best we can.  If we make a mistake we will fix it.  Please contact us before leaving feedback and give us a chance to make it right.
