Return Policy Overview

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our warehouse. If your return is a result of a PCRS error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

All returns on the PCRS Return System and on eBay Return System are subject to the return policy on this page. Our PCRS Return Policy is in compliance to eBay’s policies; the source of compliance are found in our return policy below with a blue hyperlink on the titles heading.

How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

To return an item for a refund or a replacement and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) go to the website: RMAeasy.com to get started. You can also call our Customer Support at 1-844-PCRS-4US (1-844-727-7487) or Contact Us through eBay Messaging System to get started with your return. It's that easy!

eBay Return Request

To return an item for a refund on eBay: Find the item in ‘My eBay’ under ‘Purchase History’ and select ‘Return this item’ from the ‘More actions’ drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return.

Purchases are covered by PCRS Return Policy and backed by eBay Money Back Guarantee when all of the following are true:

 

Not covered

  • Buyer's remorse or any reason other than not receiving an item or receiving an item that isn't as described in the listing.
  • Items damaged during pick-up or shipping or not delivered when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of the item (for instance, you arranges freight).
  • Duplicate claims through other resolution methods.
  • Items shipped to another address after original delivery.

 

 

Defective Product or Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. ** Your return shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

When an item is returned to us

  • You must return the item in the same condition in which it was received.
  • We will only accept the return shipped to the address specified in our Contact Us page.
  • The cost of return shipping is our responsibility if the return is for a defective product or a return is due to our error. For return of items with a total cost of $750 or more, we require signature confirmation.
  • We will pays for any customs charges on the returned item.

We will generate a return shipping label. When a return shipping label is made available to you and/or you chooses to purchase a separate label, you won't be refunded by us or eBay for the cost of the label.

After we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Item not Received or Lost Packages

If you don't receive an item, you needs to report that you didn't receive the item by contacting us from the ‘My eBay’ page. We will address your concern and provide updates on the delivery of the item, tracking information, or a refund.

If we determine that the item wasn't successfully delivered, we refund the full cost of the item and original shipping to your original source of payment.

Generally, you are responsible for accepting the item when it arrives. If you refuse a delivery, your claim is not eligible for the eBay Money Back Guarantee, PayPal Protection or a refund from PC Retail Store (PCRS).

Exceptions:

The buyer can provide, via written proof from the carrier with the carrier contact info and letter head stating in writing that they refused the package because it arrived damaged in shipping

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs and duty fees for international shipping.

Returns Timelines


Item not Received, or Lost Packages

  • You can report in ‘My eBay’ that you didn't receive an item once the item's latest estimated delivery date has passed, and for 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
  • We will respond 3 business days from the report to offer a solution. If we do not respond or offer a solution, you can ask eBay step in and help.
  • All our items are shipped to the address provided by you during checkout. eBay has the right to close all cases in our favor if we ship your item to the address you provided during checkout.

Defective Product or Returns Due to Our Error

  • You must request a return no later than 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date.
  • We have 3 business days from the request to respond to you or offer a solution. If we do not respond or offer a solution, you can then request eBay to step in and help.
  • You must ship the item back to us within 5 business days from when you started the return. If we offered a replacement and you have not shipped the original item back within 30 days of you starting the return, eBay has the right charge you for the replacement on our behalf.
  • If payment was made via PayPal and we offers a refund, it will be issue within 6 business days of the item's delivery to us. We have up to 6 business days to issue a refund before you can ask eBay to step in and help for a period of 10 business days after the refund deadline has passed.
  • If you paid with a method other than PayPal and we offers a refund, it will be issue within 10 business days of the item's delivery to us. We have up to 10 business days to issue a refund before you can issue a chargeback.
  • If we offers a replacement and don't ship the replacement within 5 business days of you starting the return, then you can ask eBay to step in and help for a period of 14 business days after the replacement deadline has passed or the day the original item was returned to us, whichever is later.

Latest estimated delivery date

When we have no information about the actual delivery date, we use the latest estimated delivery date. When we have no estimated delivery information, we consider the latest estimated delivery date to be 7 days from payment date for transactions between you and PCRS in the same country, and 30 days from the payment date for buyers in different countries.

Extended timelines for a PCRS Returns

In some limited situations, we may extend the period of time in which you can be eligible for a PCRS Return. This extra time allows us to take into consideration national holidays, or delays due to circumstances such as natural disaster, national emergency, labor strike, or governmental act.

Refunds to buyers

When refunded, we refund your money to your original source of payment.

If you paid with PayPal:

  • Your PayPal account is automatically refunded within 6 business days. The original source of payment used from your PayPal account to pay for your order will be credited.

If you paid with another method other than PayPal:

  • Your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Using other programs to address a concern

Buyers can't use more than one resolution method to get a refund. After selecting a resolution process (eBay Money Back Guarantee, PayPal Purchase Protection, PCRS Return or requesting a chargeback from their payment provider) a buyer is required to use only that process to resolve the transaction issue.

If you requests a chargeback from your payment provider or files a PayPal Purchase Protection dispute, and then opened a dispute or return requests through the eBay Money Back Guarantee or our PCRS Return System for the same transaction they are immediately closed. As stated in PayPal’s User Agreement for chargeback related matters under section 13.7 Relationship between PayPal’s protection programs and Chargebacks. You may pursue a Dispute/Claim with PayPal, or you may contact your credit card company and pursue your Chargeback rights. You may not pursue both at the same time or seek a double recovery. If you have an open Dispute or Claim with PayPal, and you also file a Chargeback with your credit card company, PayPal will close your Dispute or Claim, and you will have to rely solely on your Chargeback rights.

Before contacting your card issuer or filing a Dispute with PayPal, you should contact us to resolve your issue in accordance to our PCRS Return Policy.

Cancellation Request

You can request to cancel a transaction within 1 hour of purchasing the item, even if you already paid for the item.

When you asks to cancel a transaction, we have up to 3 days to approve or decline the request.

If we approve the cancellation request and you have already paid for the item, we have 10 days to refund you.

If you cancels a purchase, you can't leave your negative or neutral Feedback or review about the transaction.

Once you transaction is canceled, we refund your money to your original source of payment.

If you paid with PayPal:

  • Your PayPal account is automatically refunded, the original source of payment used from your PayPal account to pay for your order will be credited.
  • Once refunded we consider the cancellation complete.

If you paid with a method other than PayPal:

  • We have 10 business days to refund you via their original payment method.
  • Once refunded we consider the cancellation complete.
