WE ARE CLOSED ALL HOLIDAYS INCLUDING: NEW YEAR’S DAY, MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4th, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY AND CHRISTMAS DAY. (IF THE HOLIDAY FALLS ON SATURDAY, FRIDAY WILL BE TAKEN. IF THE HOLIDAY FALLS ON SUNDAY, MONDAY WILL BE TAKEN.)

SHIPPING IS AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK

WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR THE COST OF ORIGINAL ITEMS LOST IN SHIPMENT. NORMALLY, ORIGINAL PARTS CANNOT BE INSURED SINCE NO INDEPENDENT VALUE CAN BE ESTABLISHED THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE PACKAGE CARRIER.

SHIPPING ERRORS: EVERY ORDER THAT LEAVES OUR FACILITY IS CHECKED AND THEN DOUBLE-CHECKED. IF YOU DO ENCOUNTER A SHORTAGE OR HIDDEN DAMAGE, PLEASE CALL AND WE’LL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL NOTIFICATION OF ERRORS, SHORTAGES OR HIDDEN DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.

DEFECTIVE PARTS: IF YOU ENCOUNTER A DEFECTIVE PART: DO NOT INSTALL IT ON THE VEHICLE. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY.

PLACE THE DEFECTIVE PART INTO ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, SET IT ASIDE AND CALL PAT WALSH RESTORATIONS. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. PLEASE NOTE: RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PART MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CREDIT.

DAMAGED FREIGHT: EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS LEAVING OUR FACILITY ARRIVE UNDAMAGED TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER. HOWEVER, DAMAGES MAY OCCUR DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS.

PAT WALSH RESTORATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED BY THE TRANSPORTATION CARRIER. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOST AND/ OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITH THE CARRIER. IN ORDER TO ASSIST YOU IN THE CLAIM PROCESS, WE SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES HEREIN.

REPORT ANY SHIPPING DAMAGES TO CARRIER IMMEDIATELY TO START CLAIM PROCESS.

MAKE SURE THE NUMBER OF CARTONS YOU RECEIVE MATCHES THE NUMBER OF CARTONS ON THE BILL OF LADING. DO NOT SIGN THE BILL OF LADING UNLESS ALL MISSING OR DAMAGED CARTONS HAVE BEEN NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING/DELIVERY NOTE!!! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SIGN FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER OF CARTONS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM LOST FREIGHT IF YOU SIGN FOR ALL THE CARTONS ON THE BILL OF LADING.

INSPECT ALL FREIGHT FOR DAMAGE. NOTE ANY DAMAGED CARTONS ON THE BILL OF LADING!!!

IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS, YOUR SIGNATURE WILL ACCEPT THE FREIGHT “AS IS” AND WILL RELEASE THE FREIGHT CARRIER OF ITS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FREIGHT.

DAMAGED FREIGHT: ARRANGE SHIPPING FOR THE MERCHANDISE AND SEND IT BACK TO US, FREIGHT PRE-PAID. THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL FREIGHT COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED AND CREDIT ISSUED FOR THE QUALIFYING PARTS, MINUS ANY OTHER CHARGES AND PENDING INSPECTION OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE.  ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.

RETURNED GOODS - DAMAGED FREIGHT ONLY: IN NO CASE ARE GOODS TO BE RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING OUR PERMISSION AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS OUR PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED. RETURNS ARE SENT “PRE-PAID.”
