Not quite what you are looking for?
- You may return the product for any reason within 30 days for exchange or refund:
- Please contact us for RA number and instructions
- The product must be unused and in new sellable condition
- If the product has been opened or must be resold as opened box, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We cannot accept returns for international items, or if an item has been used
- Buyer will be responsible for ALL actual shipping costs
- Although we offer free or fixed price shipping on our items, it does cost us money to ship it to you.
- This actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within three business day of receipt of the returned item.
The item I received was damaged in shipping. Help!
- On rare occasion, FedEx or USPS may mishandle a package.
- Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may immediately replace the damaged item and assist you with the insurance claim.
- Always contact us through the eBay messaging system to report the damaged item.
- Please include a picture of the damaged item.
The item I received is not as described. Now what?
We want to hear from you! We take great effort to double check all measurements and describe each item we sell with 100% accuracy. We are human and occasionally make a mistake. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
- Please contact us as soon as possible through the eBay messaging system.
- Attach a photo of the item that you received & photo of the shipping label and package. We use these photos to validate the claim as well as for training purposes.
