How Can I See My Order Status?

All you have to do is go to My eBay and enter your order ID which is your order number. You will see tracking information there and the general status of your order.

How Do I Determine Shipping Cost?

As a note shipping is free on orders over $120 for domestic customers. When checking out look for the shipping calculator button. It will provide a shipping estimate based on your zip code or country and the item/items you buy. When you buy multiple items, our checkout will combine them for a lower shipping price. We guarantee low shipping rates for our customers.

What Is Your Processing Time?

We generally process order in 2-3 business days. We are closed on weekends and on major holidays. You will be able to offer expedited shipping on our checkout cart.

Do You Ship To a P.O. Box?

Yes, we do. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box we will ship via USPS.

When Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order out or you can track your order.

Is There Sales Taxes On Any Items?

We are required by law to charge taxes to buyers purchasing within New York State. You will be charged sales tax upon checkout.

If I Placed My Order Can I Cancel it or Change It?

Please contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We do no guarantee under any circumstances that changes can be made once an order is placed but we will do our best.

Do you offer personal embroidery on your products?

No personal embroidery is available on our products. If you have any special requests you can still message us and we can try to point you to someone who can.
