The slate wall boards arrived broken on one side from poor packaging and then the seller asked if we want replacement or partial refund or return them. We asked for new set if they can discount them and we can just fix the ones they sent broken. The seller just made a request to return the boards but we never got a a mailing slip or a response about keeping the boards after they emailed us but then they won’t respond. Now we r stuck with 2 broken boards & cut into half to salvage the boards
