Online Silly Shopper accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. Online Silly Shopper will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS or UPS. As soon as the Item is shipped we will upload the tracking number into your order on Ebay and it will be automatically sent to you for notification. We try to get our orders out within 24 hours as we pride ourselves on expediting all orders so they get to our customers quickly!
SENDING A GIFT - Shipping to different address with Gift Wrap & Gift Note:
If you're purchasing an Online Silly Shopper item as a gift and would like to ship to another address or would like special packaging and a hand written note included-this can be included at no extra cost. Please use the "contact the seller" link or the Contact link on the page to inform us of the occasion, shipping address, and personal message to be included in the package.
Online Silly Shopper Items sold on the eBay Marketplace are returnable within 5 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus the return shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with "free shipping" the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
There are a few exceptions to this policy:

- We do not accept returns of assembled, used or modified items.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?First of all, we're sorry that happened. Let us help you in every way we can. Please send me an email and we will work it out together to get you a replacement ASAP!
For any product deemed defective or if you received a product that is different from that advertised, please contact us. You can either send it back for a full refund + return postage or we can send you a replacement.
In any event if you are not happy for any reason with the product you have purchased through us please contact us before leaving feedback so we can resolve it together.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel an order or make any changes to it, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We can't cancel an order once it has shipped, so the sooner you contact us the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we can't make the change or cancellation before the order ships, you may need to return the item, which would fall under our standard return policy.
Online Silly Shopper reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Online Silly Shopper reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). In the event of an erroneous listing we will refund your money as soon as possible.
