We try our best to keep the listing photos up to date. The photo of the product is a representation of what the Manufacturer has provided and the actual product may vary in color and design. Occasionally, the manufacturer may switch designs on specific products without updating the image of the product. When in doubt, please contact us directly via the "Message Me' button or call us at 877-456-8473 x 1558 to verify if the product in the listing is exactly the same as the photo provided.

To check fitment for your vehicle, please use eBay's Compatibility Tool. Vehicle information is vital for every purchase. Without vehicle information, the buyer assumes any and all fitment responsibility. Please include vehicle make, model and year information at the time of payment. Payment Policy

  • PayPal payment is preferred
  • PayPal Credit payments are accepted
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card payments are accepted. A PayPal account is not required to pay via credit card. You have the option to call in your credit card payment at 877-465-8473 between M-F, 8:00AM-6:00PM PST.
  • Immediate payment is required after the winning bid
  • Item will be processed for shipment once full payment is received.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping within 48 contiguous United States ONLY
  • No delivery to Alaska or Hawaii
  • No P.O. box delivery
  • Items will be shipped by FedEx® Ground upon receipt of full payment
  • Tracking number will sent to you via eBay email

Returns Policy

We Guarantee Your Satisfaction.

We stand behind the products we sell and aim to gain your trust. If there are ever ANY issues with your order, please contact us directly first before opening a return request. You are able to contact us via the "Message Me" button or at 877-465-8473 x 1558.

Buyers who order incorrect products without consulting us prior are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees. It is important to verify your order if you have any doubts about sizing, color etc. before it is processed and shipped.

1. We are unable to accept returns for the following:
  • We will not accept wheels or tires that have been used and/or mounted.
  • We will not accept wheels or tires that have been damaged by buyer.
  • We will not accept late return requests, so please send in your return request within 30 days of your purchase date.
2. Cancellations, "Buyer's Remorse" Returns or "Incorrectly Bought Item" Returns:
  • For order cancellations, please contact us within 3 hours the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund without any fees if we received the notification prior to pulling the wheels or tires from our warehouses. Please call us at 877-465-8473 or email us.
  • For cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped, please request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service (see How to Return section below). Please note the there will be a 20% restocking fee on this return and the buyer is responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping costs.
3. Free Returns Eligibility:
    A. Items damaged in transit
    • Please send clear photo evidence of packaging damage PRIOR to opening the package, as well as clear photos of the damaged item.
    • Please notify us and send these photos within 2 days of delivery (delivered date as shown on
    • We will not accept returns nor issue refunds for items damaged in transit if you have not notified us within 2 days of delivery, so please check your package thoroughly as soon as it is delivered.
    • We will issue an RGA for the eligible return
    • We will shoulder the return shipping fee and there will be no restocking fee for eligible returns

    B. Recieved an incorrect item
    • Notify us immediately if you received an item whose manufacturer label does not match the description found on your e-Bay invoice.
    • Send us an email with clear photos of the item and labels.
    • We will issue an RGA for the eligible return
    • We will shoulder the return shipping and there will be no restocking fee for eligible returns
4. Most effective way of reaching us for an RGA request:
  • Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History
  • Select Return This Item from the More Actions drop-down menu.
  • Select the reason for return from the drop-down menu.
  • You can upload up to 10 photos within this email.
5. How to return:
  • All items must be returned with an RGA
  • To obtain an RGA, please contact customer service at 877-465-8473 or email us.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of order placement
  • All items must be returned with original packaging and manufacturer labels intact
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise stated
  • Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees unless otherwise stated
6. Refunds and fees:
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns unless otherwise stated.
  • All shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Buyer will be billed the "to" and "from" shipping charges for refused deliveries, plus 20% restocking fee
  • Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange, per the buyers' request
  • We may do a partial refund on a case by case basis
