1. How many tires & wheels are sold per listing?
Our items are sold per unit (ie. one tire or one wheel per eBay listing) unless noted otherwise. For example: if you need 4 wheels or tires, you need to enter "4" in the quantity box. Items sold by sets will show "Set of X" on the listing title, where X is the item quantity.
2. What is the condition of the item?
All items are sold brand new and never been mounted; we do not sell used tires or wheels.
3. How old are the tires you are selling?
We only sell brand new tires that have never been used nor mounted. We replenish our inventory very often due to high turnover, so you will receive the newest inventory we have available.
4. How accurate are the listing photos?
We try our best to keep the listing photos updated. All photos are directly from the Manufacturer (MFR) & the actual product may vary in color & design. Occasionally, the MFR may switch designs on specific products w/o updating the image. When in doubt, pls contact us to verify if the product in the listing is exactly the same as the photo provided.
5. Will this fit my vehicle?
Please verify fitment PRIOR to purchasing. To check fitment for your vehicle, please use eBay's Compatibility Tool. Without vehicle information, buyer assumes any & all fitment responsibility. Please include vehicle make, year & model at the time of payment. If you're still unsure if item will fit your vehicle, please contact us for assistance.
6. What color is the lettering on the tire sidewall? Is it black or white?
Sidewall specifications are noted under the Item Specifics table. Pls contact us directly if the sidewall is not noted on our listing.

1. Where are these items shipping from?
Our items are mostly shipped from California.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States ONLY. We do not offer international shipping.
3. How long is your processing time?
Most orders are processed within 48 hours.
4. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via FedEx Ground within the contiguous 48 states. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade the shipping for an additional cost.
5. How long is the transit/shipping time?
We ship by FedEx Ground Service. Most 48 contiguous states will receive the order within 5 business days from ship date.
6. Can you ship to another address other than what I have listed on eBay?
For your protection, we will only ship to the address stated in the "ship to" portion of your Paypal payment.
7. Is the product available for local pick up?
Sorry! We do not offer local pick up for eBay purchases at this time.
8. Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address associated with your Paypal account within 24 hours of your invoice being finalized. Please check your spam folder in your email account if you do not receive a tracking number notification email.

Yes you can!
3. How do I confirm that my eBay gift card, gift certificate or coupon was applied to my order?
Your coupon, gift card, or gift certificate will be applied during checkout. After you purchase the item, you can go to order details in My eBay to verify this information.
1. How can I return my item?
To return items, please call us at (877) 465-8473, or email us to get an RGA Form (Return Goods Authorization). Please follow the instructions found on the form. For further information, please refer to our Store Policy page.
2. How long do I have before I can return an item?
All items must be returned within 30 days upon purchase and must have a Return Authorization Number acquired by contacting our customer service dept at (877) 465-8473x1558. Tire and wheel returns are considered void if used, mounted, or damaged. Refunds will be given as money back or an exchange, per the buyer's choice.
3. What should I do if I am not satisfied with the item received?
We stand behind the products we sell and aim to gain your trust. If there are ever ANY issues with your order, please contact us directly first before opening a return request. You are able to contact us via the "Message Me" button, or by dialing (877) 465-8473x1558. We will take care of you.
4. What are fees involved in returning an item?
Buyers who order incorrect products without consulting is prior are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees (up to 20%). If you have any doubts regarding fitment, sizing, colors, etc, please verify your order with our sales department before it is processed and shipped.
