5 days after ordering, it still wasn't shipped out. contacted seller and asked to cancel and refund so we could get it from elsewhere. That's when a label was printed, but it still didn't ship out. Contacted seller again and requested to cancel and refund. No reply back from the seller either time. If it ever gets shipped out, it will be returned. Do not buy from this seller.

Explained this customer package was printed and picked up by USPS but not posted under their possesion which I could not update his request but did not understand this process and could not be cancelled, very impatient customer

The one in the picture and in the description said it worked properly. The one received doesn't work properly. Also the one in the posting didn't have cracks on it but the one received did upon opening the package.

What a scam ! this item was sent inside a case and placed inside mailing box without a single crack, sent back with bottom part butchered in pieces and unit is working properly; obviously looks like swapped or tampered with, beware of this buyer ! ! !
