How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A. US economy Shipping is FREE.

    If you need to receive your item more quickly, you can choose expedited shipping
    options at checkout for an additional fee.

Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. Combined shipping is also FREE but we would appreciate it if you would check
     out for all your items at one time so that we can ship them together. It reduces
     our overhead and allows us to pass those savings on to our customers.

Q. Will you send me a combined invoice at the end of the auction?

A. No, we don't send invoices out. Checkout is really easy. When you're done
    shopping, simply click on the 'Pay Now' button at the top of any one of the
    auctions you have won from us. Then click 'continue'. 

    That will take you to eBay's checkout page to complete your purchase. 

    All the information you need will be there including details of all the items
    you purchased & the combined shipping cost. Simply follow the prompts to
    complete your purchase and pay for your order.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?

A. Orders usually ship within 24 hours from the date your payment clears. You
     will receive an e-mail when your package ships. They are shipped via USPS
     economy mail 
from our facility in Spring Hill, FL which takes from 5-10 business
     days to arrive. If you need your order sooner than that you can choose expedited
     shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No, we currently only ship to US customers.  

    Sorry, if you do not live in the US, we cannot accept your bid. Thank
    you for your understanding.

Q. When will you leave me feedback?

A. Our feedback system is automated. It leaves feedback automatically within
    48-72 hours from the time we ship your package. We don't wait for you to
    leave feedback first. We feel if you've paid promptly, you deserve good
    feedback.

    If there is a problem, please e-mail us before leaving feedback. We are
    commited to your complete satisfaction. We promise that we will not rest
    until you are 100% satisfied with your Olio Studios buying experience.

A. We send several e-mails throughout the buying process to keep you informed
    of the progress of your order. Please check your spam filter to make sure you

Q. I live locally, Can I come by and pick up my order to save on shipping?

A. We don't keep a regular brick and mortar store. That keeps our overhead
    costs to the bare minimum, allowing us to offer these one of a kind peronalized
    works of art at such low prices.. As a result, we do not have any local pick-ups
    available. Sorry.

Q. What is your return policy?

A.
Prints are customized to your specifications. Therefore, no returns are accepted.
     However all prints are guaranteed to be free of work defects and spelling errors
     based on the information given to us by you to produce your personalized print.

     If the error was ours, we will gladly reprint the correction and mail it out to you
     at our own expense.
