Item listed as *new*. Arrived opened and placed in a generic cardboard tray with a clear plastic bag tied around it. I’m in the middle of issuing a replacement for this item but the storefront is refusing to do so. I’d suggest steering clear of purchasing from this seller. Bad delivery, bad response time, incredibly unhelpful.

The controller works fine and everything but it was missing the 4 paddles. The description saids its included. I then contacted the seller and they said i can send it back to them out of my pocket and a restocking fee. Overall bad service.
