Colin provided excellent customer service! My purchase was shipped promptly. Upon delivery and inspection, it was noted that there were several pages that had manufacture printing errors. I contacted the vendor to see what could be done. Colin immediately shipped out a replacement and provided a prepaid return envelope to ship back the defective product. I thought this was fantastic as I didn’t have to work with the manufacturer directly. I would recommend Oakshelf Books!
