I purchased this item on 3/4/24 through eBay, but was not signed into my account. I failed to received the item. Then on 3/18/24 I ordered again & was signed in, but still have not received it & on my account it shows it has not been shipped. I have bank records to show the 2 charges. But no labels for my business bill changer. eBay has been contacted to try to make it right, but this is redicuious to go to this extent for a $5 item + tax & shipping. What's up National Vending Warehouse?

Attempted to buy this item, after multiple try's to checkout on March 7th, I gave up and ordered from a different seller. Next morning received an order notification. I tried to cancel order immediately. Seller refused to cancel. Item was supposed to arrive between Mar 12th and Mar 15th. Today is March 19th and it hasnt shipped yet. Please cancel my order or ship it.
