Nsioutlet Return Policy

Products from nsioutlet can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees if applicable.

Restock fees or Disposal fees will vary depending on the situation:
25% Restocking Fee

     Item is in new and unused condition. The item requires repackaging by nsioutlet due to the item not being repackaged properly.

     Item is in new and unused condition.  However, the original packaging has been damaged and required new packaging to be used to repackage the item.  In order to help prevent damage to the original packaging, please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to nsioutlet

50% Disposal Fee


     Item was in new and unused condition.  However, the item has been damaged during inbound transit. In order to help prevent damage to the item in transit please ensure proper packing materials are used when shipping product back to nsioutlet

Shipping Issues:

If you received a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we will do our best to make you happy. We will try to find a solution for you as quickly as we can. If the item you requested is unavailable, we will send you a full refund.

If you received the wrong item for your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship you the correct item.

Condition Related Returns:

We try to be accurate in describing the condition of our items. If you happened to receive a used item, or you believe that the description does not match the item, please let us know and we will try to resolve your issue. If we cannot resolve your issue, ship the item back to us (we do not cover shipping) and we will refund in the original payment amount.

Items should be in the same condition that they were upon arrival. We may not offer a full refund if the item is in a poorer condition. The refund will be determined after we inspect the product to determine its usability. We will notify you the refund amount before it is issued and after it is inspected.

Defective Item:

     Before the first 30 days of purchase, we are able to send the customer a replacement if the item they received is defective. The customer does not have to pay for the replacement nor ship the defective item back.

     Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

      All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. Due to sanitary issues, we cannot restock earphones, headsets, etc. We will accept a return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.


We usually process and send replacement within 3 business days from the day we process your issue. All replacements will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.


Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package.

STEP 2: Send back the return:

Contact customer service and we will provide you the return address.

Package your return item and include the order number somewhere in the parcel.

Ship it to the address provided and allow us time to receive and inspect it.

STEP 3: Receive refund or replacement

Allow 5-7 days for the refund to be credited back into the account that used your original payment method.
