Here at MyGameVault we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and will do everything we can to make sure you are. We've pulled together a list of Frequently Asked Questions below – if your question is not answered below, then please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I come to collect/pick up my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer collection on any items.

How can I pay for my order?

PayPal is the only method of payment that we accept, however you are able to use all major credit & debit cards through PayPal itself. All of our items require immediate payment.

The custom Xbox controllers you sell look great can I order alternative colours?

If you would like a similar controller built custom for yourself, please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate this, please allow us some time whilst your specification is being built.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order (excluding bank holidays & weekends). You will receive an email from eBay to confirm that your item has been sent.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not home to sign for a delivery, the courier/Royal Mail will leave a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Should your order not arrive within the estimated time please click send us a message or an email so that we can investigate with the delivery company.

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

In the very unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged or is faulty then we will endeavour to put this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. All you need to do is contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will provide you with the relevant return information. MyGameVault will pay for the cost of the return either via a pre-paid label or reimbursing you for reasonable shipping costs.

Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are not classed as working days so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day.

Do you ship to anywhere outside of the UK?

We ship to most countries – for further details please check the individual listing. Please note that all of our items are shipped from the UK and may not be compatible with your games console. Please check the listings detail for what region the game is.

Will this game work in my console?

As a UK based company, almost all of our games are in UK PAL format unless otherwise stated on the respective listing. Please contact us if you need any information on a specific item.

How do I change/cancel my order?

Please make sure you check your order carefully before submitting as these details cannot be changed once you have clicked 'Place Order'. For Security reasons, once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address. If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, we are more than happy to cancel the order so you can re-place the order with the updated delivery address.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us and we will endeavour to have the order cancelled as a matter of urgency.
